On July 17, 2022 CORE smartwork will celebrate a round company anniversary. Ten years ago, we started with a revolutionary approach to employee recruitment and retention. In the meantime, numerous well-known companies successfully rely on our comprehensive communication solution. At the fourth CORE community talk, was the opportunity to say thank you.
Gurten, 21 June 2022 – Around 40 guests accepted the invitation to the fourth CORE community talk. The joint afternoon started with a leisurely lunch, which the guests already used for stimulating conversations and exchange within the CORE community. Afterwards, the visitors were guided by CEO Andreas Fill via the new Future Tube to the Future Zone, the homebase of CORE smartwrok. There, the new team members were introduced. In addition, the team presented a review of the ten-year success story of CORE smartwork as well as an outlook on future projects.
Compliment to our customers
"CORE stands for open communication and mutual appreciation. This is not only reflected in our communication and organization platform, we also live these values in our daily work. Intensive and challenging months lie behind us. With our system update CORE 2.0, a major milestone was successfully reached. Now it is time for us to say thank you to our customers," emphasizes Andreas Fill.
Showing appreciation and saying thank you are not just words that are highly prized in the field of human resources (HR). They create a positive mood and sense of well-being. For this reason, the "CORE compliment" module was installed in 2019. A module that increases motivation, strengthens team spirit and promotes the joy of doing things. As a birthday present and as a thank you for the good cooperation and trust, all customers were presented with a small chocolate cake as a voucher to unlock the CORE compliment module. "With our CORE compliment module, both managers and colleagues and teams of our customers will be able to give each other appreciative feedback in the future," Andreas Fill is pleased to say.
