CORE smartwork relocates to new office and invests in technology team & development
At the end of February 2025, CORE smartwork moved into its office within the Future Zone. The new premises offer more space, modern equipment with well thought-out furnishings and ergonomic workstations. The increased space creates more opportunities for the technology team, which has been expanded in recent months.
Gurten, April 1st, 2025 – “The previous space had reached its capacity limits. The new office within the Future Zone offers more space and meets the increasing requirements. The team benefits from modern equipment with bright furniture, well thought-out furnishings and ergonomic workstations,” says Patrick Strauß, Managing Director of CORE smartwork. A growing team of technicians, who have plenty of space in the new office, are driving the in-house development forward in a targeted manner.

More space for creativity & innovation
Overall, the new workspace offers a pleasant atmosphere. Height-adjustable desks support health. “Everyone in the team now has their own fixed workstation. Desk sharing is a thing of the past. That also means more relaxed working,” says Patrick Strauß happily. The need for space has arisen, among other things, due to the strengthening of the technology team in recent months.
“We will increasingly rely on internal development capacities in the future. This will enable us to respond to customer requests even more quickly and flexibly,” explains Patrick Strauß. The company continues to work with external partners, such as lab73 GmbH from Wels.
Paul Wiesinger knows the product particularly well. He is a co-founder of lab73 and was already working for CORE smartwork before founding his own company.
