Mit der digitalen Personalakte von CORE smartwork können diese Daten schnell und einfach abgerufen werden. Zugriffsrechte auf relevante Dokumente können unkompliziert verwaltet und angepasst werden.

By assigning access rights, it is not possible for unauthorized persons to view them," explains Strauß. The CORE smartwork digital personnel file is also ideal for filing payroll accounting. In future, the tool will be further expanded and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. "There will be a separate tab in the personal profile that lists all documents relating to an employee," says Strauß, describing further developments.
