Employer branding begins where AI reaches its limits
Ticket sales for CORE smartwork’s Employer Branding Forum will begin on June 12, 2026.
The event will focus on the theme “Courage & Humanity” and explore what truly defines strong employer brands in the age of AI.
Gurten, June 10, 2026 – Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the world of work. Communication is becoming more digital, processes are accelerating, and many tasks are being automated. At the same time, one factor is gaining increasing importance: the human element. It is precisely this tension that the CORE smartwork Employer Branding Forum will address on November 12, 2026, at the Fill Future Dome in Gurten (Upper Austria).
Under the motto “Courage & Humanity,” HR managers, HR professionals, and companies, as well as communication and organizational leaders, will discuss key questions of the modern workplace: How is leadership changing in the age of AI? What role do employee experience, mental resilience, and communication play? And how can we successfully attract and retain talent in the long term?
The keynote speaker at the Employer Branding Forum is Paralympic athlete Nico Langmann. In his talk titled “Mindset Matters – Inner Strength Starts with a Courageous Attitude,” Langmann discusses how one’s mindset influences life and why mental strength is becoming increasingly relevant for companies and teams as well.
Karin Rothner, who is responsible for communications and event management at CORE smartwork, organizes the Employer Branding Forum and knows what matters: “The need for exchange is enormous—our forum has been regularly sold out in recent years. This shows how important such formats have become for many companies.”
The program is complemented by a marketplace designed to facilitate interaction between solution providers and decision-makers. There, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to discuss their products and services directly with HR, communications, and organizational leaders and to establish valuable contacts. For exhibitors, the “first come, first served” principle applies.
Ticket sales for the Employer Branding Forum 2026 will begin online on June 12, 2026, at www.core-smartwork.com. All information regarding the program and participation is also available there.
"Many companies are currently placing greater emphasis on artificial intelligence. However, employee retention, trust, and corporate culture do not automatically follow from this. That is precisely why we need new forms of employer branding that put people back at the center.”
Patrick Strauß, Managing Director of CORE smartwork
