Employee app impresses at industry meeting in Munich
CORE smartwork at the TALENTpro in Munich
Gurten, 17. June 2024 – "The future of recruiting and employee retention lies in greater flexibility. CORE is a reliable employee app that makes everyday work in the areas of HR, communication and organization possible regardless of time and place. The trade fair was the ideal backdrop to present our new CORE app," summarizes Patrick Strauß, Managing Director of CORE smartwork. The important industry meeting took place on June 11 and 12, 2024 at the Zenith in Munich, where CORE smartwork was also represented with a stand.
Changing world of work: CORE offers flexible and secure communication solution
"We are experiencing a change in the world of work. Spatial and temporal flexibility are increasing. Companies that use CORE can respond quickly. The employee app enables communication and organization regardless of time and place. Its structure is easy to understand and therefore quick to use. At the TALENTpro Expofestival, we presented the new CORE app, which makes direct communication even more secure," explains Strauß.
The diversity and flexibility offered by the all-in-one solution for companies was particularly well received by the audience. Its comprehensive modules can be freely selected and used as required. It thus presents an alternative to many other tools because it combines the functions in itself. The latest achievement is an integrated chat, which allows a quick exchange within the team. Particular emphasis was placed on data security.
"Our participation in the TALENTpro Expofestival trade fair was a welcome change from our day-to-day work. I had the opportunity to hold exciting discussions and make interesting contacts. The fair was a complete success," reports Petra Scheuringer from CORE smartwor
Lecture on successful recruiting strategies
At "The Next World Project", Andreas Fill, Managing Director and owner of Fill Gesellschaft m.b.H. and Deputy Managing Director of CORE smartwork, spoke about Fill's innovative approaches to recruiting and employee retention.
"The Power Cube project and the Future Lab in particular generated a lot of enthusiasm during the presentation and in the discussions afterwards. Communication via CORE was also a topic. The fact that retired employees at Fill retain access and thus remain informed was very well received," reports Andreas Fill.
