Interactive activities & innovative HR impulses - CORE's employee app impresses again this year
Gurten, June 12, 2025 – CORE smartwork was once again represented at this year's TALENTpro Expofestival in Munich's Zenith and was once again able to impress with a strong presentation. Included: the unique all-in-one solution CORE, a mini survey for interactive voting, a digital wheel of fortune and top-class contributions on all aspects of modern HR work.
"We are delighted that our stand was so well attended again this year. We are particularly proud of the quality of the discussions - despite a general decline in visitor numbers, the interest in our solution and the need for digital HR communication was clearly noticeable," reports Petra Scheuringer from the CORE smartwork sales team.

HR survey with exchange at eye level
A real highlight at the stand was the interactive mini-survey with changing questions on current challenges in HR and communication. Visitors could use balls to give their opinion on topics such as employee retention, employer attractiveness or future trends in HR.
"It was great to see how quickly a simple ball vote can lead to in-depth conversations. We realized once again that many people appreciate being listened to. Often, even the visitors at our stand continue to discuss with each other," says Karin Rothner, Communication & Event Management at CORE smartwork, pleased with the positive feedback on this interaction
Also new this year was the digital wheel of fortune, which offered fun as well as an attractive main prize: tickets for the 8th Employer Branding Forum on November 6, 2025 in Gurten. Eight lucky winners and their companions can look forward to an exciting day at the event.
Two stage appearances: practical & inspiring
CORE smartwork also impressed once again in terms of content with two successful presentations. On the first day of the trade fair, Theresa Fill, Customer Success Manager at CORE, spoke about "Onboarding as a success factor: from newcomer to brand ambassador". Using two fictitious but realistic stories, she showed how crucial structured onboarding processes are for sustainable employee retention. "Good onboarding starts before the first day of work. It is the first sign of trust in a company - and above all the first and irrevocable impression," emphasized Theresa Fill in her presentation, which was very well received.
The second day was followed by a practical meet-up directly at the CORE stand on the topic of "Smart & efficient: Why HR should not do without a social intranet". CORE smartwork Managing Director Patrick Strauß discussed together with customer Benedikt Stöckl from csi entwicklungstechnik how digital communication and networking can be successful in everyday working life - directly from practice, for practice.
CORE – one solution, many possibilities
Once again, TALENTpro showed that the CORE app has its finger on the pulse: The CORE app has its finger on the pulse of the times. It combines HR, communication and organization in one flexible platform with 19 freely combinable modules - individually adaptable as required and without having to rethink the technology for each new tool.
"Whether onboarding, internal communication or personnel development - CORE offers everything in one solution. And that's exactly what our business partners are always enthusiastic about. A central, intuitive platform instead of many isolated solutions. The trade fair has once again confirmed how great the demand is," concludes Managing Director Patrick Strauß.
