On Wednesday, July 1st, 2026, CORE smartwork, OCT Business Consulting and VNF – the health movement invite you to a Business Talk in Weiden am See, Burgenland.
With the Business Talk by the Lake, we (CORE smartwork, OCT Business Consulting, and VNF – the Health Movement) are deliberately creating the perfect setting for new perspectives: out of the office and right by the water—for an inspiring afternoon full of ideas, discussion, and new connections.
The event centers on a question that many companies are currently grappling with:
→ What truly motivates people in their daily work – and what do employees need today to work in a healthy, engaged, and effective manner?
Together with executives, decision-makers, and interested parties, we will explore which factors sustainably strengthen motivation and how modern work environments must be designed to meet today’s demands.
The Business Talk offers space for new ideas, practical insights, and personal exchange—in a special atmosphere right on Lake Neusiedl.
