CORE smartwork has been promoting open & appreciative communication for ten years

Gurten, 02 June 2022 – In mid-July, the innovative communication and organization platform CORE smartwork celebrates a round company anniversary. Ten years ago, the company based in Gurten, Upper Austria, started with a revolutionary approach to employee recruitment and retention. In the meantime, numerous well-known companies successfully rely on CORE smartwork's comprehensive communication solution. "Network employees. Create meaning!", following the company's guiding principle, CORE bundles central functions and tasks of communication, organization, health promotion and employee development.

"CORE stands for open communication and mutual appreciation. This is not only reflected in our communication and organizational platform, we also live these values in everyday life. Intensive and challenging months are behind us. With our system update CORE 2.0, a major milestone was successfully reached. Now it is time for us to thank our customers," emphasizes CORE Managing Director Andreas Fill.


Recognition increases motivation

Showing appreciation and saying thank you are not just words that are highly prized in the field of human resources (HR). They create a positive mood and sense of well-being. For this reason, the "CORE compliment" module was installed in 2019. A module that increases motivation, strengthens team spirit and promotes the joy of doing things. "All our customers receive a voucher to unlock this module as a token of appreciation. In this way, managers as well as colleagues and teams will be able to give each other appreciative feedback in the future," Andreas Fill is pleased to say.


Team of sense makers

CORE started ten years ago with Michaela Hennerbichler as the only employee. Today, the company already has 13 employees who are highly committed to their work. Four new employees joined the company in the past six months alone. Theresa Fill and Kay Reibetanz have been providing support in the areas of sales and project management since the beginning of December 2021. There were also reinforcements in the technology area with Fabian Gerner and Lukas Zauner. "A team is only as good as its employees and their passion for creating something," Andreas Fill knows.


Reinforcement wanted

In order to keep up with the positive business development of CORE, the company is currently looking for a Senior Software Developer Back-end (f/m/d) as well as a Software Engineer (f/m/d) to expand the technical team.
