Gurten, March 27, 2025 – The expo festival brings together the fields of recruiting, talent management, and employer branding, providing an ideal platform for exchanging insights on the latest trends and innovations in HR. Once again this year, CORE smartwork will be exhibiting at TALENTpro in Munich. Joining us: bartender Roland – serving up his own cocktail creations to keep visitors refreshed at our booth.

Another highlight is our meet-up at the CORE smartwork booth E.05, offering valuable insights from real-world experience.
Patrick Strauß (left in the picture) explains: "Employees come for the job – and stay for the culture. But how can we promote engagement, share knowledge efficiently, and reduce turnover? These are the questions we want to address at the meet-up."
A social intranet connects teams, optimizes internal communication, and supports HR processes from job postings to retirement. Together with Benedikt Stöckl (not pictured) from csi Entwicklungstechnik GmbH, one of our clients, we will provide practical insights into the digital transformation of internal communication.
Lecture: "Success Factor Onboarding"
Our team member Theresa Fill (center in the picture) will be giving an exciting lecture on the topic of onboarding this year. She will showcase, using the example of Fill Maschinenbau, how a well-thought-out onboarding process can retain new employees in the long term and strengthen their identification with the company culture.
She will provide exclusive insights into best- and worst-case scenarios and explain how Fill, a company located in a rural area with 1,000 employees, has managed to increase the number of applications and attract top talent.
