CORE presents its innovative HR solution at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna
On October 8 and 9, international HR experts, executives, and companies will gather at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna to discuss current trends and innovations in the world of work. The CORE smartwork team will be there.
The industry meeting is considered one of the most important platforms for HR managers, executives, and HR experts in German-speaking countries. It brings together several hundred decision-makers in Vienna every year.
CORE smartwork will be present in the exhibition area of the Hofburg throughout the event.
By participating, CORE smartwork is underscoring its role as an innovative partner for companies that want to optimize their internal processes and strengthen employee loyalty.
At the trade fair stand, the team will present the latest developments and demonstrate practical ways in which the all-in-one CORE solution, as a digital workplace, can simplify everyday work and promote corporate culture at the same time.

Trade fair highlight: Presentation & competition
One highlight of CORE smartwork's trade fair appearance is the presentation by Theresa Fill, who will provide practical insights into successful onboarding processes. Using the example of Fill Maschinenbau, an international company with 1,000 employees, she will show how a structured onboarding process for new employees not only strengthens their loyalty to the company, but also promotes identification with the corporate culture. She will also present best- and worst-case scenarios and explain how a company in a rural area in particular can increase the number of applications and attract top talent.
In addition, CORE smartwork invites visitors to its booth to take part in an interactive activity: participants can win attractive prizes on a digital wheel of fortune, including tickets to the renowned Employer Branding Forum.
