Practice meets teaching – lecture "From newcomer to brand ambassador"
CORE smartwork was represented with a guest lecture as part of a course in HR Management at the FH Upper Austria Campus Steyr. Our employee Theresa Fill spoke about the path “From newcomer to brand ambassador” - a topic that is becoming increasingly relevant in today's working world.
The numerous questions and exciting discussions afterwards clearly showed that a well thought-out employee journey from day one is crucial for successful, long-term collaboration.
