At the center of the HR scene: the new CORE app impressed with its versatility and individuality.

Stuttgart/Gurten, March 11, 2024 – "We are actively shaping the working world of tomorrow. In a competitive market for talented employees, our customers have been successfully relying on communication and relationship management for over a decade - thanks to our employee app CORE. We presented everything this app can do to the specialist audience in person at Zukunft Personal Süd. The feedback clearly showed us how high the demand is for a versatile, well-functioning employee app like CORE," reported Managing Director Patrick Strauß. The success of CORE was also confirmed by the lively crowds at the stand. Over coffee and self-mixed drinks, the team exchanged news from the HR industry and presented CORE, including new features.

CORE as the perfect all-in-one-solution

Responding to customer wishes and optimizing processes is the focus of the app's further development. The new version also includes a chat function. Many companies rely on the separate use of the individual tools. For some HR managers, CORE is the perfect alternative to the intranet, which often does not function properly. "We have received an incredible amount of positive feedback - both on the new app and on our trade fair presence. The contacts we made in Stuttgart were very positive," summarizes Strauß.

Tips for strenghtening the employer brand

Every last seat was taken at the presentation by Andreas Fill, co-founder of CORE smartwork. In "The next world project", he talked about his industrial company Fill's successful path to becoming one of the best employers in Europe. The presentation contained many practical tips and captivated the visitors. Fill: "From the numerous benefits we offer our employees to communication via CORE, the audience took away a lot of inspiration, as they told me in subsequent conversations. That makes me very happy."
